Earth Nail Spa is hiring nail technicians, new and experienced. Spend a morning with us, meet the team, and see how we do nails differently. Join virtually or in person. Both sessions run 10 AM to 2 PM, and you can drop in any time.

Earth is a membership nail spa. That one difference changes everything about your day: who sits in your chair, how you get paid, and what your week looks like.
Earth runs on membership. Guests are booked before you clock in, so your day is spent doing nails, not waiting on walk-ins.
You earn a set amount for every service you complete. Gratuity is guaranteed at a minimum of 20% of the service price: if a guest tips less, Earth makes up the difference. If they tip more, you keep it.
No acrylic. No dip. We work with Dazzle Dry and The Gel Bottle, products chosen for nail health, in a studio built to feel calm for you and your guest.
Autoclave-sterilized tools, strict protocols, and a team that follows them every time. Your health matters here as much as the guest's.
Medical coverage with most of the premium paid by Earth for team members at 30 or more hours a week, plus paid time off for full-time. We walk through the details at the open house.
Technician, Educator, Manager, Owner. Training in advanced gel and extension systems, luxury guest service, and leadership. Growth at Earth is a plan, not a hope.
Both sessions are drop-in. Arrive whenever works between 10 AM and 2 PM and stay as long as you like.

No. It is an open house: come look, ask questions, and decide whether Earth is for you. If you are licensed and would like to interview the same day, we will make time for it.
No. A Texas manicurist or cosmetology license is required to work at Earth, but you are welcome at the open house if you are in school or testing soon. Come learn what to expect.
No. Earth supplies the products and tools you work with. Bring your license or proof of enrollment and a few photos of your work on your phone.
Yes. Many people join the virtual session first and then visit the studio in person. Choose "Both sessions" when you RSVP and you will get both sets of details.
