The Earth Club is $129 a month. On the day you join you pay a one-time $29 enrollment fee, plus the rest of the current month prorated from your sign-up date. After that every membership bills on the same date, the 1st of each month, and there is no long-term contract. Any service not included in your membership is paid in full at the time of service. You can, in the app. Freezing opens up once your first full monthly draft has gone through. Join in January and freezing opens after the February 1st draft. After that, freeze whenever you need to, as many times as you need to. A $10 monthly freeze fee starts on your next billing cycle. Serenity Room access continues at no additional cost while your membership is frozen, and no appointment is needed. While you are frozen, nail service booking is paused, and any appointments already on the schedule are cancelled. Full detail is in our Membership Policies.

Yes. You book in the Earth Nail Spa app, or through the Member Login tab on this website. You can keep up to two base services on the schedule at a time. A base service is a manicure or a pedicure. As soon as one is done, you are able to book your next. Nail repairs, removals and add-ons do not count toward your two. We run by appointment; the Serenity Room is the exception, open to you any time with no appointment needed.

Gratuity is separate from the membership. A 20 percent gratuity is applied at checkout, calculated on the menu price of the services in your appointment that day, including services that are included with your membership, and 100 percent of it goes to your nail artist. It applies to services only, never to a cancellation, no-show, or payment decline fee, and never to a repair we cover at no charge. If anything about your service is not right, tell us at checkout, before you leave, and we will make it right, including removing that visit's gratuity. See our Appointment Policies.

Your membership stays with you. It is not transferable, and the benefits cover your own services, not services shared with or booked for someone else. If you would like to treat someone, you can gift them a membership of their own: set it up in their name in the app, using their first and last name, phone number, and email address.

Let us know in the app that you are running late. There is a 10-minute grace period, and arriving late on its own carries no fee: arrive within those 10 minutes and we will do our best to adjust your services and take care of you in the time that is left. If there is not enough time to do that and the appointment has to be cancelled, a $25 fee per base service applies.
